✅ Hold for 5–10 seconds before removing the needle

Step 8: Remove And Dispose Of The Needle
After injecting:
✅ Replace the outer needle cap
✅ Unscrew the needle
✅ Dispose of it safely in a sharps container
✅ Never store the pen with the needle attached
